EXECUTIVE COACHING
Since 2006 I've worked with executives and leaders from business, academia, science and tech, governmental, religious, charitable and legal organisations. My focus is on supporting people to create a leadership style consistent with their personality and values, this approach proves the most sustainable for leadership longevity.
Creating a leadership style consistent with who you are is nonetheless demanding, it often requires developing existing and new communication and decision making skills. As well as coaching experienced leaders I work with people newly promoted into leadership. With new leaders the focus is often on confidence, resilience, and presentation style.
ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY
My work as an executive coach can develop into organisational consultancy, this generally means working with teams of people in different capacities; change management, conflict resolution or in a supervisory role.
